Britain’s Prince William and his fiance Kate Middleton have chosen Canada as the first destination after your wedding. The link, which will be held on April 29 will take place in Westminster Abbey. The couple will travel for eight days between June 30 and July 8, throughout the country, and will visit Ottawa, Canada’s capital, the Northwest Territories and the provinces of Alberta, Prince Edward Island and Quebec.

This decision is of the close relationship with British royalty, American country. Canada is officially a constitutional monarchy, and its current head of state is the Queen of England. However, in practice, this role is performed by the Governor General of the country, a role which is appointed by the Canadian prime minister. In addition, Prince William, who is currently in second place in the order of succession to the throne of England, is also the possible future head of state of Canada.
