Baltimore Museum of Art: it is exposed parts of the nineteenth and twentieth preferably, and has one of the most interesting collections of the State of Maryland, as in the case of the Cone, which are grouped in the works of some of leading artists of these two centuries, such as Matisse, Picasso, Cezanne, Manet, Degas, Gauguin, Van Gogh, and Renoir.

This museum was founded in 1914 between the neighborhoods of Charles Village and Remington and is one of the most interesting and important places to visit on the trip to Baltimore.

Walters Art Museum: Museum is another highlight of the city and is dedicated mainly to the ancient art so nicely complements the previous one. It is of private origin and owes its name to William Walters and his son Henry, who bequeathed his collection to the city. Through his works runs a rather large art scene that goes from the Egyptian Predynastic Period to the early twentieth century in Europe.
