We found this place during one of their special events. We live in Calvert County, but hadn’t really heard of it. They do a lot of programming for kids, especially young. Our sons loved the Indian Village that they had there. They are right on the river, perfect for our kids to run around!
More than 70 archaeological sites have been identified, from the prehistoric period 9,000 years ago through the Colonial period, including the site of the 1814 Battle of St. Leonard Creek, the largest naval engagement in Maryland’s history.
