California is on the west coast of the United States. It extends along the Pacific Ocean nearly 900 miles (1400 km) from the Mexican border in the south to the border with Oregon in the north. This state has approximately 200 miles (300 km) wide from its beaches in the west to the eastern deserts, bordering the states of Nevada and Arizona.
California has a number of unique geological phenomena, ranging from north to south for almost the entire length of the state. They create a variety of landscapes and climates that make California a great place to visit.

Chef’s American Bistro
I went to the other couples the chef is with my husband and two by a wine pairing dinner. I believe that is held once a month. We had a fantastic service and the chef came to our table to talk about the different wines and the reasons why they with food. We loved the attention we received from staff. The wines were spectacular. Most dishes were good, but some dishes were a little salty or greasy for my taste. The atmosphere is cozy and warm with a great view from the kitchen if you sit at the chef’s table. I went to lunch at the chef’s colleagues twice, but the service is too slow to maintain, under an hour, so we usually book a table only for special occasions.
