The basin city (Cuenca) commemorates 15th anniversary of its declaration as a world heritage city. It was on December 6, 1996, when the UNESCO World Heritage Committee fell the historic fortified city of Cuenca, confirming “the exceptional and universal value of a cultural site that must be protected for the benefit of mankind”. On the occasion of the celebration of the fifteen anniversary of basin as a world heritage city, there are provided a program of activities to ensure that children and adults enjoy the heritage of the city in a very special way, until Friday, December 9.
The Cathedral of Cuenca, hosted the exhibition commemorating the fourth anniversary of the treasure of Sebastián de Covarrubias. The Church of St. Andrew, recently recovered after a complex rehabilitation, will be the stage for puppet and magic shows or concert string of “Enchanted city” as a whole. In addition, the program has guided the hidden basin and the crypt of the Church of San Andrés, amenizadas by the Group of dulzaineros “Tiruraina”. Italian tourists have chosen Barcelona as a top tourist destination foreign for the bridge of the Immaculate Conception ahead of Prague, as reported on Monday by Turisme de Barcelona in a statement.
According to the latest report of the company’s travel and leisure lastminute.com which has analyzed Turisme de Barcelona, the Italians are the third nationality that has most increased its spending in the Catalan capital in October, surpassed only by China and Russia.

Barrié Foundation inaugurated on Thursday, December 1, in Vigo, the exhibition Type in Motion, a sample of the Museum of design Zurich. The exhibition, the Foundation presented for the first time in Spain, can be seen until April 1, 2012.
Type in Motion, involved nearly 120 works of more than 80 designers, offers a comprehensive report on the important changes of communication and the media in the contemporary world and shows trends highlights in the area of the text in motion, for the first time through music videos, sequences of títulosde films and interactive three dimensional installations. Meeting tourism was consolidated in basin due to the thrust of the Convention Bureau of the tourism Foundation of basin and the improvement of the communications of the city, world heritage.
